"You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can change the ending..."
-Lewis Carol-

Hello & Welcome...
I am a mum of three and have over ten years of experience working in mental health as a psychotherapist and arts therapist. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including both the NHS and private practice, supporting individuals to navigate challenges affecting their lives. I have extensive experience working one-to-one and in small groups, both online and face-to-face.

I bring creativity, empathy, and extensive therapeutic experience with both adults and children to my work as a talk psychotherapist. Drawing on the Sesame Approach, which integrates a range of creative modalities, I support clients in exploring their inner worlds and expressing what may be difficult to put into words. My practice provides a safe and imaginative space for healing, personal growth, and the development of emotional resilience. I help individuals connect with their authentic selves and discover new ways of thinking, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
No prior experience or special interest in the creative arts is required. The Sesame Approach is person-centred, meeting each individual where they are. Therapy progresses in ways that feel meaningful and comfortable, using arts therapy, talk therapy, or a combination of both, tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
